Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Chennai

Positions: 1

Qualification

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

Experience

Senior leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, or building materials (preferred age group: 40–45 years).

Requirement

Based in Chennai (or open to relocating). Proven track record managing FP&A, statutory compliance, taxation, audit, and fund management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate financial strategies to support business expansion and long-term organizational goals.
  • Oversee cash-flow planning, risk management, and working capital optimization across construction projects.
  • Direct statutory compliance, internal controls, corporate audits, and direct/indirect taxation.
  • Provide strategic counsel to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.

Customer Relationship Officer (Chennai)

Positions: 2

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma. B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering or MBA in Marketing / Sales preferred.

Experience

1–3 years in RMC, Construction, Building Materials, Customer Coordination, or related industries.

Requirement

Strong communication skills, customer handling ability, basic MS Office, and willingness to travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer orders, delivery schedules, and project site requirements.
  • Liaise with planning, dispatch, logistics, and plant teams for timely order execution.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues alongside concerned departments.
  • Maintain proper records of communication, orders, follow-ups, and pending documents.
  • Visit customer and project sites to ensure smooth concrete deliveries and resolve issues.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication with excellent customer relationship skills.
  • Basic knowledge of RMC products, concrete grades, and construction activities.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and basic reporting.
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.

Material Officer (Chennai)

Positions: 5

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred. Diploma in Civil Engineering may also be considered.

Experience

0–2 years in RMC, Construction, Quality Control, or Site Operations. Freshers may apply.

Requirement

Basic knowledge of construction materials, stock monitoring, documentation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor the receipt, storage, and movement of raw materials used in RMC production.
  • Maintain daily records of material receipts, consumption, and stock balances.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding material shortages and quality issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation and support periodic physical stock verification.

Preferred Skills & Requirements

  • Two-wheeler is mandatory; willing to travel to project sites.
  • Basic knowledge of cement, aggregates, concrete materials, and inventory management.
  • Good communication, organizational, and stock reconciliation skills.
  • Physically fit to handle and inspect materials.

Field Technician (Chennai)

Positions: 3

Qualification

B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering preferred. Diploma in Civil Engineering with field experience considered.

Experience

1–3 years in RMC, Construction, Concrete Testing, Quality Control, or Site Engineering.

Requirement

Good knowledge of concrete field testing, site coordination, quality procedures, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit project sites to monitor concrete delivery, placement, and site requirements.
  • Conduct slump tests and record fresh concrete checks as per company procedures.
  • Collect concrete samples and coordinate cube preparation, curing, and testing.
  • Report quality deviations, site issues, or customer complaints directly to the QC team.
  • Maintain accurate records of site inspections and ensure proper use of testing equipment.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong fundamentals in concrete technology, grades, and mix proportions.
  • Practical knowledge of slump testing and cube sampling procedures.
  • Good observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills with MS Excel knowledge.
  • Valid driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.

Customer Relationship Officer (Bangalore)

Positions: 1

Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma. MBA in Marketing / Sales or Civil Engineering preferred.

Experience

1–5 years in RMC, Construction, Building Materials, Cement, or related industries.

Requirement

Good communication skills, customer relationship management, and MS Office knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, and site teams.
  • Coordinate customer orders, deliveries, and monitor site requirements.
  • Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and pending payments.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints alongside sales and operations teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of RMC products, concrete grades, and construction processes.
  • Experience in customer relationship, sales coordination, or business development.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to customer sites.
